Position 1: Officer – ATM Services
- Qualifications: BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Computer/Software Engineering, and other related fields.
- Experience: At least 3 years’ relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II/III or equivalent.
Purpose of the Program:
- Ensure the Bank serves its Customers efficiently and without interruption by properly supporting Card Banking.
- Follow policies and standards to review documents and solve user requests to ensure the satisfaction of Customer’s ATM experience.
- Develop, maintain, and support a knowledge directory (knowledge base) based on requests from Users.
- Ensure that Customer ATM-related requests are addressed in a timely manner.
- Prepare timely reports on frequently asked questions.
- Support and assist users on a daily basis to solve core banking-related issues.
- Monitor and administer the ATM services of the Bank as well as all infrastructure used for ATM banking, and more.
Position 2: Principal – Customer Service & Insight Analyst
- Education: Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Journalism, Literature, Marketing, Communication Management, or any other relevant field.
- Experience: At least 5 years’ relevant experience with 1 year as Senior Officer as a Professional/Expert.
Additional Skills:
- Provides data and related insights to the management team for decision support.
- Maintain the company system to provide trends and data to shape strategic decisions, commercial programs, and key engagements with leaders.
Position 3: Principal Officer – Communications for Marketing & Corporate Dep’t
- Education: Bachelors/B.Sc. Degree in Journalism, Literature, Marketing, Communication Management, or any other relevant field.
- Experience: At least 5 years’ relevant experience with 1 year as Senior Officer as a Professional/Expert.
Additional Skills:
- Plan, organize, direct, and control activities of the Corporate Communication Division.
- Write, announce, or distribute press releases to introduce new products and services.
- Manage media relations and maximize media opportunities.
- Ensure consistent communication of the Bank’s mission and values across all channels.
Position 4: Senior Officer – Social and Digital Marketing (Graphics Designer)
- Education: Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 4 years’ relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level I or equivalent.
Position 5: Principal Software Developer
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering, or any other equivalent field.
- Experience: At least 5 years relevant experience with 2 years’ experience as Senior Officer/1 yr. as Principal officer in a Supervisory role.
Position 6: Principal Officer – Core Banking Support
- Qualifications: B.SC in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Computer/Software Engineering, or in related fields.
- Experience: 6 years of relevant experience of which 2 years as a Senior Officer or in an equivalent position.
Position 7: Senior Officer- Help Desk
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 4 years’ relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level I or equivalent.
Position 8: Principal IT Auditor
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Finance and Auditing, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 5 years’ relevant experience with 1 year as Senior Officer as a Professional or Expert.
Position 9: Senior Officer-Cyber Security
- Qualifications: BSc Degree in information Science, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or in related fields.
- Experience: 4 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years as Officer level I or equivalent.
Position 10: Principal Officer-IT Security and Awareness
- Qualifications: BSc Degree in information Science, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or in related fields.
- Experience: At least 5 years relevant experience 1 year as Senior Officer as a Professional/Expert.
