About VisionFund Micro Finance Institution (S.C):
VisionFund Micro Finance Institution (S.C) is an institution established according to proclamation No. 40/96 to provide financial services to the productive poor in the rural and urban areas of Ethiopia. VisionFund is currently operating in four of the Regional States of the country.
Position 1: Junior E-Banking Officer
Education/Training: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information technology, or a related field.
Experience: 0 – 2 Years of experience
Technical and Other Skills:
- Ability to work with very minimum supervision
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills
- Proactive and result-oriented
- Exposure to the electronic payment systems in Ethiopia
- Excellent understanding of Digital Financial Services Platform
- High level of analytical and creative skills
- Excellent written and report writing skills in English
- Understanding of digital channels operations and services
- Excellent complaint handling skills.
Terms of Employment: Permanent
Position 2: Marketing and Communication Division Manager
Education/Training: MB/MBA/BA in Marketing Management, Business Management, Economics, or a relevant field.
Experience: A minimum of 7/9 years of relevant experience, preferably in MFI.
Technical and Other Skills:
- Proven experience in marketing and communication roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
