Tsehay Bank is a share company established on July 23, 2022, with a business license issued as per banking business proclamation no. 592/2008. It began operations with an authorized capital of Birr 2.8 billion and a paid-up capital of 734 million Birr. Position 1: Customer Service Officer
Educational Qualification: A minimum of BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Butajira, Dire Dawa, and Bati.

Position 2: Administrative Assistant
Qualification: A minimum of BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Administrative Office, Management, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Junior Administrative Assistant.

Position 3: Customer Service Officer-IFB
Qualification: A minimum of BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer on the IFB Window/Branch.

Position 4: Branch Manager I
Qualification: BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years’ service at a supervisory level in IFB Branch Management.
Place of Work: Fajr Amana Branch (Shegger City).
