Position: Management Trainee – Sales, Marketing, and Engineering
Education:
- BA/BSc Degree graduate in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Software, and related fields), Marketing, Management, Economics, Accounting, or other related qualifications from reputable universities in 2022/2023.
- CGPA of above 2.5 for both male and female candidates.
Experience: Not required
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in classroom or on-the-job training.
- Attend meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
- Compile reports and make presentations.
- Provide new ideas for the improvement of company operations.
- Bring positive energy into the company and build enduring professional relationships with customers and staff.
The primary objective of this Management Trainee program is to empower fresh graduates and prepare them for future leadership careers.
Location: Addis Ababa, Harar, and Dredawa.
