Position 1: Senior Officer, Mobile & Agent Banking
– Qualification: Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Information Technology, IT/Computer Science, or related fields.
– Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level I or equivalent.
– Purpose of the Program: Leading the mobile and agent banking business to enhance banking activities and reach more people through agents.
Position 2: Senior Officer, Planning and Performance Management
– Education: Bachelor’s/B.Sc. degree in Economics, Banking and Finance, or related fields.
– Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level I or equivalent.
– Purpose of the Program: Participating in the development and implementation of a bank-wide performance measurement framework, consolidating and reporting annual plans and budgets, and monitoring and evaluating the bank’s financial and non-financial performance.
Position 3: Principal Officer, Transformational Projects
– Education: Bachelor’s/B.Sc. degree in Human Resources Management, Change Management Leadership, or another relevant subject.
– Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience with 1 year as a Senior Officer as a Professional/Expert.
– Purpose of the Program: Coordinating and implementing extensive transformational projects to achieve bank-wide transformation project performance measurement framework.
Position 4: Lead, Relationship Manager
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, or related fields.
– Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience with 2 years’ experience as Relationship Manager in a Supervisory role.
– Purpose of the Program: Acquisition of new corporate banking clients, expansion/retention of existing relationships, and management of complex credit relationships.
Position 5: Officer, Information Technology Risk
– Qualification: Bachelor/B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
– Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II/III or equivalent.
– Purpose of the Program: Assisting in all IT Risk management activities of the bank and preparing summary reports on different outcomes.
Position 6: Officer, Operational Risk
– Education: B.Sc. Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.
– Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II/III or equivalent.
– Purpose of the Program: Assisting in the preparation of operational risk plans and reports and recommending prudential measures.
Position 7: Principal Officer, Investment Advisory Services
– Education: Bachelor’s in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
– Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience with 1 year as a Senior Officer as a Professional/Expert.
– Purpose of the Program: Coordinating and implementing extensive transformational projects in planning and execution skills in managing large and complex change and transformation initiatives.
Position 8: Principal Officer, Strategic Partnership
– Education: Bachelor’s in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
– Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience with 1 year as a Senior Officer as a Professional/Expert.
– Purpose of the Program: Identifying, establishing, and driving strategic partnerships between the bank and different stakeholders.
