Position 1: HR Operations Specialist
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and Higher National Diploma in HRM.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in duties involving letter administration and filing.
Role Purpose:
- Provide administrative support in employee services, focusing on recruitment, system uploads, and filing in a data-sensitive environment.
- Ensure data privacy and confidentiality compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR onboarding: Ensure new hires are provided with work tools and resources, gather and maintain new hire documentation, coordinate onboarding program.
- HR letter administration: Create offer letters, maintain confidentiality, prepare visa letters, employee referral letters, ensure up-to-date templates.
- Employees file management: Maintain employee records, create personal files, update HR system, reconcile data.
- HR help desk: Enhance customer experience for employees, managers, and partner HR teams, manage queries and provide timely responses.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Technical Lead, Retail and Distribution Systems
Requirements:
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, Information Technology, or engineering.
- 2-4 years’ experience in a support analyst role, 5+ years’ experience as a technical lead.
- Relevant certifications: Microsoft (MCSE, MCSA), CISCO (CCNA).
- Proficiency in Microsoft SCCM and related software deployment tools, enterprise OS (Windows, Linux, Android), network troubleshooting, API usage, WAN/LAN configuration, and network performance monitoring.
Role Description:
- Lead and deliver IT end user support for devices, networking components, and applications.
- Implement strategic desktop/device technologies, collaborate with business partners for IT solutions rollout.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality IT support and maintain vendor relations.
