Position 1: Senior Specialist: Billing Operations
Must-have technical/professional qualifications:
- Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a dynamic telecommunication/IT environment or Software Engineering, with substantial knowledge of Mobile and Fixed services. At least 2 years’ experience managing a team is required.
- Proficiency in Unix systems and Databases – Oracle, MySQL.
- Expertise in various analytics tools such as Python, Standard Query languages.
- Familiarity with Procedural Programming languages, Linux/Unix, scripting.
- Profound understanding of networking protocols – TCP/IP, professional certification like CCNA/CCNP or equivalent is preferred.
- Preferable prior experience in GSM and fixed services billing.
- Domain expertise in GSM and IT is mandatory.
Position 2: Executive Head of Property & Facilities & Retail Asset Management
Must-have technical/professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Land & Building Economics, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience in project and property management.
- Certification in Project Management.
- Additional certification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification is a plus.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Executive Head of Department – Risk (Internal/External)
Must-have technical/professional qualifications:
- Graduation in Economics, Commerce, Engineering, or IT.
- Professional certification in risk management.
- Familiarity with IT and working knowledge of various accounting packages, including ERP systems.
- 10 years of experience in a risk management role in a reputable firm or 10 years of proven experience in risk analysis, preferably in a telecommunications environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- In-depth understanding of technology, financial, and telecommunications business operations is essential.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Regional Security Officer
Must-have technical/professional qualifications:
- Degree in Security Management/Administration or any technical or business discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in corporate security with significant exposure in leadership roles.
- Prior service in the discipline forces, preferably not below the rank of “Captain” from the Military or equivalent in the police service, is an advantage.
- General understanding of Ethiopian Laws and Government Regulations related to law enforcement.
