Hijra Bank is looking for Management Trainees. Here are the details of the job vacancy:
Position: Management Trainee
– Qualification: Second Degree (MA/MBA) in Economics, Management, Accounting, Marketing Management, or other business-related fields.
– Experience: Two or more years of work experience after a first degree in any recognized organization.
– Other Requirements:
– Second Degree in a business-related field with CGPA 3.5 and above (Thesis very good and above), (MA/MBA, MSC) graduates of 2018 – 2023 only.
– First degree in any business-related field with a CGPA of 3.00 and above.
– Age not more than 35.
– All documents (Degree with CGPA or student copy) should be scanned in PDF formats only, and the size of each document should be less than 3MB.
– IFB Training certification, experience at the managerial or supervisory level, experience in marketing and sales area, and knowledge of the working environment are an advantage.
