Position: Audit Associate I
Required Education and Experience:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelorโs degree in Accounting & Finance.
- Successful completion of the exit exam is a prerequisite for application.
- A minimum CGPA of 3 and above.
Required Abilities and Skills:
- Proficient in accounting principles.
- Capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Team-oriented mindset and adept at collaborating within a team.
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills including spreadsheet and word-processing programs.
- Disciplined and well-organized.
- Open-minded and enthusiastic about self-learning.
Main Responsibilities:
- Comprehend the budgeting, planning, coordination, and control of engagements in accordance with client and statutory requirements to ensure effective service delivery and enhanced recoverability.
- Ensure the timely and effective delivery of engagements, adhering to required standards.
- Attend meetings for engagement discussions with the audit team.
- Ensure full completion within agreed-upon deadlines.
- Perform audit work as per the audit plan.
- Assist senior associates in preparing and compiling audit working files.
- Engage in necessary learning activities, such as on-the-job training and internal/external courses, to obtain relevant certifications and experience.
- Foster a knowledge-sharing culture by cultivating positive relationships with clients and staff to support daily business interactions and activities.
- Assume responsibility for completing tasks assigned by managers and senior associates.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by the audit manager and senior audit personnel.
