Position 4: Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash I
– Academic & Professional Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field (e.g., Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent).
– Experience: At least 4 years.
– Location: Negele & Moyale.
Position 5: Customer Service Manager I
– Academic & Professional Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (e.g., accounting, management, economics, business administration).
– Experience: Minimum of 6 years of banking experience.
– Location: Robe area and Siltana Branch under Adama District Office.
Position 6: Branch Manager I
– Academic & Professional Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (e.g., accounting, management, economics, business administration).
– Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in a supervisory post.
– Location: Robe area and Meraro Branch under Adama District.
Position 7: Administrative Assistant
– Academic & Professional Qualification: Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management or other related fields.
– Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
– Place of Work: Addis Ababa.
Position 8: Area Manager
– Academic & Professional Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or a related field. Driving license is mandatory.
– Experience: Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a managerial position.
– Place of Work: West Harerge.
