Position 1: Digital Banking Business Officer
– Educational Level and Work Experience: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related fields with at least 3 years of experience in banking operations.

Position 2: Senior Digital Banking Business Officer
– Educational Level and Work Experience: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related fields with 4 years of experience in Digital Banking.

Position 3: System Administrator
– Educational Level and Work Experience: BSc. degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer engineering, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience. System administration exposure or training on Unix operating systems is advantageous. System administration certification from a recognized institution and banking experience is advantageous.

Position 4: Risk and Compliance Management Officer
– Educational Level and Work Experience: BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in banking operations.

Position 5: Manager – Credit Business
– Educational Level and Work Experience: MBA/BA degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field of study with a minimum of 8/10 years of experience in banking operations, of which four (4) years are in Credit Management area.
– Place of Work: Adama District
Position 6: Senior Office Engineer
– Educational Level and Work Experience: MSc/BSc degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, or related field with a minimum of 6/8 years of total experience in Supervision and Contract Administration Works, of which (4) years are in a senior-level role as Office Engineer, Contract Administration Engineer, Project Coordinator, or related assignments. Experience with Design build Projects is preferred.

Position 7: Auditor
– Educational Level and Work Experience: BA degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or a business-related field of study with a minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations.

Position 8: Branch Manager Grade I
– Educational Level and Work Experience: BA in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or other business-related fields with four (4) years of work experience in banking operations, of which (2) years are in a supervisory position.
– Place of Work: Under Dessie District Office
Position 9: Manager – Branch Operation & Resource Mobilization
– Educational Level and Work Experience: MBA/BA degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field of study with a minimum of 8/10 years of experience in banking operations, of which three (3) years are in a supervisory position.
– Place of Work: Dire Dawa District
Position 10: Manager – Interest Free Banking
– Educational Level and Work Experience: MBA/BA degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field of study with a minimum of 8/10 years of experience in banking operations, of which four (4) years are in IFB Operations.
