Position 1: Branch Relationship Officer
Academic & Professional Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in business administration, banking, finance, management or related fields.
- Trainings and courses in banking operations (IFB, domestic, credit and international banking operations)
Experience
- Minimum of four (4) years successful experience in banking or customer contact role
The Branch Relationship Officer will be responsible for achieving business growth for Retail & MSME/ IFB Banking by providing quality relationship management to new and existing customers at assigned branch. This will entail sustaining customer satisfaction so as to retain existing and potential customers thereby generating additional business through cross-sell opportunities

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash I
Academic & Professional Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in a business related field e.g. Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or any other equivalent fields
Experience
- At least four (4) years of banking experience
The Senior Customer Service Officer Cash/ Accounts will provide front office customer service support at the branch. S/he will handle account management transactions, respond to customer enquiries, handle cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Position 3: Database Engineer
Academic & Professional Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.

Experience
- At least Six (6) years’ experience of advanced database administration experience with a large scale SQL Servers in multi-node clustered environments including replication and security
The Database Engineer is responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of the Bank’s information systems’ databases. The database engineer also provides technical expertise in the implementation, and maintenance of database management systems that support Dashen Bank’s business and banking applications

Position 4: Senior Contact Center Agent
Academic & Professional Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Management or related discipline from a reputable university.
- Professional qualification(s) in Customer Service or Marketing e.g. CIM
Experience
- At least five (5) years’ of relevant experience in in Sales/Customer service role.
The Senior Contact Center Agent is responsible for ensuring that the contact center operates as efficiently as possible to handle all customer issues and inquiries in a timely manner while maintaining high productivity standards. In addition, the role holder is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the contact center and agents, ensuring that the bank’s expectations are met.
