Position 1: Driver

Education and Experience: 10th Grade complete or equivalent with relevant driving license (ህዝብ 1, 3ኛ ደረጃ መንጃ ፍቃድ) with two years’ experience, additional training in mechanics is advantageous.

Duty Station:

  • Centeral Finfinne District
  • North Finfinne Distric
  • South Finfinne Distric

Registration Place:

  • For Central Finfinne District, Alsam Cheleleka on the 1st floor, around Balcha Hospital.
  • For North Finfinne District, Tamegas Building on the1st floor around Megenagna.
  • For South Finfinne District, Kaku Building on the 4th floor around Jemmo 01.

Position 2: Corporate Planning Officer

Education: MA/MSC or BA/BSC and above in Economics, Statistics, Management, Business Management, Business Administration, and other related fields of study.

Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience in financial sector specifically banking industry in the areas of yearly operational plan and budget preparation, monitoring and evaluation, strategy formulation, database management, financial analysis, forecasting, balanced scorecard cascading and related areas

Position 3: Corporate Planning Expert

Education: MA/MSC or BA/BSC and above in Economics, Statistics, Management, Business Management, Business Administration, and other related fields of study.

Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience for MA/MSC and five years of experience for BA/BSC in financial sector specifically banking industry in the areas yearly operational plan and budget preparation, monitoring and evaluation, strategy formulation, database management, financial analysis, forecasting, balanced scorecard cascading and related areas.

Position 4: Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Education: MA/MSC Or BA/BSC in Economics, Statistics, Management, Business Management, Business Administration, and other related fields of study.

Experience: Minimum of one year experience for MA/MSC holder and three years of experience for BA/BSC holder in financial sector specifically banking industry in the areas of planning, monitoring and evaluation, performance report preparation, database management, financial analysis, forecasting, balanced scorecard implementation and related areas.

Position 5: Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Expert

Position 6: Senior ITSM Officer

Education and Experience: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information systems, Information Science, Information Technology or other related fields with six (6) years of relevant experience.

  • Remuneration: As per the Bank’s salary scale and benefit scheme
  • Terms of employment: Permanent after probationary period
