Position 1: Team Leader-Distribution
Skills, Experience & Education:
- First Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management / Accounting / Business Administration or related field of studies.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a logistics environment.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the Distribution plan to ensure safe, effective, and efficient delivery of products to customers.
- Manage truck operations and ensure timely deliveries.
- Lead and manage the distribution team.
- Generate necessary reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality (SHEQ) standards.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Settlement Team Leader
Skills, Experience & Education:
- First Degree in Purchasing & Supplies Management / Management / Accounting or related field of studies with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all settlement activities and cash handling.
- Reconcile driver deliveries.
- Provide customer service.
- Supervise Settlement Clerks and support their development.
- Ensure efficient operation of the Settlement function.
