Position 1: Quality Controller
Skills, Experience & Education: First Degree in Chemistry/Chemical/Food Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Monitor and Analyze Package Quality
2.Monitor and Analyze Process and Product Quality
3.Ensure compliance with Business Systems (including SC Ways, Internal Quality and Food Safety systems as well as Coca-Cola requirements)
4.Maintain Safety, Health and Environmental Standards
5.Support the establishment of continuous improvement programs for Quality Process Capability
Location: Bahir Dar
Position 2: EOSH Coordinator
Skills, Experience & Education: First Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental science with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Construct a SHE system implementation plan – liaise with SHEQ Manager and Business Systems Coordinator
• Enforce compliance to local legal and KORE requirements
• Coordinate and administer the Health & Safety committee meeting
• Coordinate and ensure review of plant risk assessment
• Ensure the logging of corrective actions applicable to the SHE system
• Ensure incident investigations are done for all incidents
• Liaise with Clinic regarding H&S statistics
• Updated EOSH statistics / incident
• Updated EPM statistics
• Schedule & organize legal surveys and audits and implementation of action plans
• Ensure effective SHE communication in the plant, to external warehouse, and distribution centers
• Ensure SHE training is conducted for all levels in all functions
• Assist all functions with writing of procedures and updating of documents
• SHE induction of new employees, visitors and contractors conducted
Location: Bahir Dar
Posiiton 3: Warehouse Unit Leader – Returnable Container
Skills, Experience & Education:
- First Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Management, or related fields.
- A minimum of 5 years relevant logistics experience
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of logistics operations in FMCG organizations
- Experience in logistics and business software systems(ERP)
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop an effective Returnable Container Management strategy based on diagnosis, analysis, insight, expertise and official distributor principles.
- Develop plans to optimise the operation by aligning resources to activity levels and meeting customer service needs to improve the overall returnable container tracking performance.
- Management of New Glass injection and liaison with Sales and Production team.
- To ensure the continuous modelling of operational performance to meet optimal customer service and cost objectives.
Position 4: Unit Leader – Distribution
Skills, Experience & Education:
- First Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Management, or related fields.
- A minimum of 5 years relevant logistics experience
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of logistics operations in FMCG organizations
- Experience in logistics and business software systems(ERP)
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop an effective distribution strategy and business plan based on diagnosis, analysis, insight, expertise and distribution principles.
- Develop plans to optimise the operation by aligning resources to activity levels and meeting customer service needs to improve the overall distribution performance.
- Distribution Planning and Control with direct accountability for Order management, Routing and scheduling, Distribution Resource Optimisation,Tracking and Inventory deployment planning.
- Managing the overall distribution budget and allocation of funds according to plan.
- Monitor the execution of Distribution- Planning execution, Rentals and or 3rd party logistics.
