Berhan Bank S.C was formed in accordance with Article 304 of the Commercial Code of Ethiopia with the objective of operating in the banking industry.
This objective has been ensured in Article 3 of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
The Bank was registered and licensed by the National Bank of Ethiopia on 27 June 2009 with a paid up capital of Birr 95.7 Million divided in to shares of Birr 1,000 and an authorized capital of Birr 300 Million.
Position 1: Junior Secretary
Education: TVET Level II in Secretarial Science and Office Administration, Management or related
Experience: 04 years relevant experience as Secretary
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 2: Branch Manager
Education: BA in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Insurance, Economics or related
Experience: 07 Years Banking Experience as Customer Service Officer, 2 Years Experience as Branch Manager or Equivalent
Place of Work: Jinka, Shakiso, Dawro, Melekoza and Bale Goba Branches
