Position: Quantity Surveyor
Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology or related field of study.
Experience: After graduation 8 years of relevant work experience as a quantity Surveyor in similar and /or equivalent high rise building Construction project
Other skills:
I. Proven interpersonal communication,
II. Fluency in English both spoken & written,
III. Highly motivated and those who can execute duties with least guidance are encouraged to apply.
Iv.Proficient in micro soft office & general computer soft ware,Auto CAD ,and related engineering Software.
V. In- depth understanding of construction,materials,pricing and industry.
VI. Demonstrated knowledge of building construction, preparation of specifications for high – rise
buildings, quantity surveying principles, and bid document preparation.
Age: Below 45 Years
