Position 1: Junior Branch Operation Support Officer
- Qualification: BA in Business Management/Accounting/Economics/Business Administration/Finance and Economics or related fields.
- Experience: 1 year relevant banking experience.
- Purpose: To facilitate and provide regular support to regional Offices/branches in their effort of branch expansion and resource mobilization.
Position 2: Customer Service Executive – II
- Qualification: BA in Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, and related fields.
- Experience: 7 years of Relevant Banking experience of which 2 years as a Credit Analyst position.
- Purpose: To enhance customer satisfaction by handling front-line customer service activities with due care and maximum efficiency and increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.
Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash
- Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.
- Purpose: To enhance customer satisfaction by handling front-line customer service activities with due care and maximum efficiency, and increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.
Position 4: Driver – I
- Qualification: 10th/12th Grade 3rd-grade driving license or public level 1 or old 3rd level.
- Experience: Four/4 years of relevant experience.
- Purpose: To support the Bank’s operation through transporting individuals, cash, and goods timely and safely.
Position 5: Cleaner & Messenger
- Qualification: Grade 10th/12th Complete.
- Experience: Two/2 years of relevant experience.
- Age: Between 18 – 35
- Purpose: To securely deliver packages, documents, written and verbal messages, and other items to the intended location or recipient and support the customer service process of the bank by keeping the workplaces clean.
Position 6: Security Guard – I
(Male & Female)
- Qualification: Grade 8th Complete.
- Experience: Two/2 years of relevant experience in Military or police service. OR Grade 10th/12th Complete Four /4 years of relevant experience as a Lady Searcher.
- Age: Between 25 – 50
- Purpose: To support the customer service process of the bank by keeping the workplaces Safe and Secure.
Position 7: Branch Manager Grade – I
- Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 7 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager or 7 years of relevant banking experience of which at least 2 years as Senior Officer in banking operation position.
- Purpose: To achieve sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank through cross-selling the Bank’s products & services, acquiring & retaining customers, improving customer services, and building strong customer relationships.
