Position 2: Branch Cash Supervisor – I
Qualifications: BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & finance, Banking & Insurance, Banking & finance, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields.
Work Experience: 5(five) years of experience in branch operations in banking industry, of which at least 1(one) year as Cashier or Senior Customer Service Officer.

Position 3: Branch Manager Grade – I
Qualifications: BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and any other related fields.
Work Experience: 7(seven) years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1(one) year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager.
Place of Work: Mida, Rema
Position 4: Manager, Branch Operation
Qualifications: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and related fields.
Work Experience: 6 years of experience in the Banking Industry of which 2 years as Senior Banking Operation or equivalent position.
Place of Work: Haik, Logia, Dinsa.
Position 5: Customer Service Executive – III
Qualifications: BA in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Marketing, Management, Any other related fields.
Work Experience: 2 year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE or related position.
Place of Work: Majete
Position 6: Manager, Branch Operation (IFB)
Qualifications: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and related fields.
Work Experience: 6 years of experience in the Banking Industry of which 2 years as Senior Banking Operation or equivalent position. (preferably at IFB Position)
