Position 1: Customer Services Officer -I

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience Requirement: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a bank or 2 years at microfinance institutions.

The Customer Service Officer I is responsible for handling cash and non-cash transactions, processing customer requests, maintaining accounts, managing payments and collections, and responding to customer inquiries. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and core banking systems is essential.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer II

Qualification Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field (e.g., Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration).

Experience Requirement: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a bank.

The Customer Service Officer II plays a key role in providing front office customer service support, managing account transactions, handling payments and collections, and addressing customer inquiries.

Position 3: Senior Customer Services Officer

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience Requirement: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a bank.

As a Senior Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing front office customer service support, managing accounts, responding to customer inquiries, and overseeing cash and non-cash transactions.

Position 4: Branch Manager I

Required Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Required Experience: At least 7 years of professional experience in banking, with 1 year as a Customer Services Manager or equivalent role.

The Branch Manager I will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the activities of a branch office. This includes ensuring compliance with operating procedures, rules, regulations, and coordinating sales efforts. Leadership, human resources management, and commercial business law knowledge are essential.

Position 5: Office Assistant

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Information System, Management Information System, Secretarial Science, Office Management, or related fields.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or Receptionist.

The Office Assistant manages guest reception, visitor inquiries, phone calls, and mail handling. This role is vital in maintaining a positive front-office experience.

Position 6: Senior Communications Officer

Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the banking industry, with 2 years in a Communication Officer role.

The Senior Communications Officer assists in developing plans and budgets for marketing and communication activities, manages media relations, oversees brand consistency, and supports the adoption of social media strategies.

Position 7: Manager, Corporate Communications

Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience: 7-9 years of experience in the banking industry, with 2 years as a Principal Communication Officer or equivalent.

As the Manager of Corporate Communications, you will lead and manage activities in the Corporate Communication Division. This includes developing presentations, overseeing media relations, implementing the social media strategy, and ensuring consistent communication of the bank’s mission and values.

Position 8: Senior Marketing Officer

Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the banking industry, with 2 years as a Principal Communication Officer or equivalent.

The Senior Marketing Officer contributes to the development and execution of marketing initiatives, market assessment, workflow enhancement, and maintaining relationships with partners and external agencies.

Position 9: Team Leader, Marketing

Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in the banking industry, with 2 years as a Senior Communication Officer or equivalent.

As the Team Leader in Marketing, your responsibilities encompass developing and executing marketing plans, overseeing marketing campaigns and events, managing relationships with partners and vendors, and conducting regular market research.

Position 10: Manager, International Remittance & SWIFT Operation Division

Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related fields.

Experience: 7-9 years of experience in the banking industry, with 2 years as a Principal Officer or equivalent.

This role involves supporting the efficient delivery of international banking operations through coordinated international remittance and SWIFT activities.
