Position 1: Customer Services Officer – I
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields of studies.
- Experience Requirement: 1 year of relevant experience in a bank or 2 years at Microfinance institutions.
Competencies Required:
- Understanding of the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
- Good knowledge of the bank’s accounting and procedures.
- Ability to respond to basic client inquiries and instructions and the capability to advise and resolve most issues and requests.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, with a good command of the core banking system.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer II
- Qualification Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field (e.g., Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration).
- Experience Requirement: 2 years of relevant experience in a bank.
Job Description:
- Responsible for making/checking front office customer service support at the branch.
- Handling/checking account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Handling cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
- Place of Work: Modjo
Position 3: Senior Customer Services Officer
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields of studies.
- Experience Requirement: 5 years of relevant experience in a bank.
Job Description:
- Provides front office customer service support at the branch.
- Handles account management transactions.
- Responds to customer inquiries.
- Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
- Place of Work: Modjo
