Position 1: Customer Services Officer – I
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields of studies.
- Experience Requirement: 1 (One) year of relevant experience in a bank or 2 years at Micro Finance institutions.
Competencies Required:
- Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
- Good knowledge of the bank’s accounting and procedures.
- Ability to respond to basic client inquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer II
- Qualification Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, e.g., Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration.
- Experience Requirement: 2 (Two) years of relevant experience in a bank.
Job Description:
- Responsible for making/checking front office customer service support at the branch.
- Handle/check account maintenance, payment and collection transactions, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Handle cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Position 3: Senior Customer Services Officer
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields of study.
- Experience Requirement: 5 (Five) years of relevant experience in a bank.
The Senior Customer Service Officer:
- Provides front office customer service support at the branch.
- Handles account management transactions.
- Responds to customer inquiries.
- Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Position 4: Branch Manager I
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields of study.
- Required Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience at a bank, out of which One (1) Year as a Customer Services Manager or equivalent role.
