- Job Objective: Handle customer requests, provide efficient service, reconcile accounts, manage checks, control transactions, and archive branch documents following the bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.

Position 3: Grade I Branch Business Manager
- Education: MBA/BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 4/6 years of banking experience. Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Job Objective: Ensure the branch’s sales and marketing activities, resource mobilization, digital banking expansion, and high-quality customer service align with the bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
- Place of Work: Adama District
Position 4: Grade I Branch Manager
- Education: MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: 6/8 years of banking experience. Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Job Objective: Oversee overall banking operations at the branch, ensuring compliance with the bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
