Position 2: Banking Operation Officer
Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of banking experience.
Job Objective: To fulfill customer requests, provide efficient service, reconcile accounts, control transactions, and archive documents as per the bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
Place of Work: Dire Dawa District, Ethiopia
Position 3: Grade I Branch Business Manager
Education: MBA/BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 4/6 years of banking experience. Supervisory experience is advantageous.
Job Objective: To ensure effective branch sales and marketing, resource mobilization, expansion of digital banking, and high-quality service provision to customers as per the bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
Place of Work: Hawassa District
Position 4: Grade I Branch Manager
Education: MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 6/8 years of banking experience. Supervisory experience is advantageous.
Job Objective: To oversee overall banking operations at the branch, ensuring compliance with the bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
