Position 1: Banking Business Officer
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, or other related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of banking experience.
Job Objective:
To promote bank products and services, provide efficient customer service, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer requests, provide efficient service, and promote and sell banking products.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, bank policies, and code of conduct.
- Participate in resource mobilization activities.
- Assist in account opening, cross-selling, and digital banking services.
- Process cash and non-cash transactions.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Position 2: Banking Operation Officer
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, or other related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of banking experience.
Job Objective:
To provide efficient banking operations support, ensure accurate reconciliation, and maintain compliance with regulations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reconcile branch book of accounts and check transactions.
- Deliver efficient and high-quality service to customers.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, bank policies, and code of conduct.
- Participate in resource mobilization activities.
- Process non-cash transactions, bulk payments, and document authentication.
- Perform transaction checking and documentation.
- Perform transaction reconciliation and settlement.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
