Position 1: Junior Building Management Officer
Educational Level and Work Experience:
- BSC degree in Architecture with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Architectural Design, Supervision & Quantity Surveying.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Archi CAD, and other Architectural Design software is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare interior designs for office spaces.
- Design branch layouts.
- Prepare specifications and quantity of works to be done.
- Supervise construction works.
- Check construction works against given specifications.

Position 2: Store Keeper-I
Educational Level and Work Experience:
- BA Degree in Procurement and Supplies Management, Supplies Management, Management, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of property management related work experience.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an inventory list of fixed assets.
- Receive and store materials and supplies.
- Issue materials from stock per requisition.
- Hand over stock to receiving organs or employees.

- Perform preventive maintenance of hardware and software.
- Install, update, and troubleshoot applications.

Position 5: Customer Service Supervisor Grade I
Educational Level and Work Experience:
- BA degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations.

- Countersign on tickets/vouchers and authorize transactions.
- Follow up on cheque clearance activities and suspense accounts.
- Ensure reconciliation of accounts and other related tasks.

Position 6: Security Officer
Educational Level and Work Experience:
- BA/Diploma in Police Science from a police college.
- Minimum of 3/5 years of work experience in security/military activities.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the bank’s security force is performing well.
- Propose and introduce improved security methods.
- Follow up on outsourced security guards.

Educational Level and Work Experience:

Responsibilities:
- Compile comprehensive IFB performance data.
- Produce guidelines and IFB customer information.
- Enhance resource mobilization.

Position 12: District Manager
Educational Level and Work Experience:
- MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 8/10 years of experience, with 4 years in a senior supervisor position.

- Assess potential areas for branch expansion.
- Monitor resource mobilization activities.
