Abay Bank S.C. is inviting competent and qualified candidates for the following positions:

Position 1: Management Assistant

Required Education and Experience: Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management/Administrative Service Management with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities: The Management Assistant performs basic secretarial duties, organizes records, possesses typing skills, computer knowledge, customer handling and communication skills. They register and file letters, minutes, circulars, memoranda, manage office equipment, screen visitors, schedule appointments, and handle telephone contacts for their supervisor.

Place of Work: Head Office

Position 2: Administrative Assistant

Required Education and Experience: BA/Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management/Administrative Service Management with 2/3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities: The Administrative Assistant handles basic secretarial duties, such as organizing records, typing, computer skills, customer handling, and communication. They register and file letters, minutes, circulars, memoranda, and other materials. Additionally, they screen visitors, schedule appointments, and manage telephone communications for their supervisor.

Place of Work: Debre Birhan District

Position 3: Store Keeper – I

Required Education and Experience: BA Degree in Procurement and Supplies Management/Supplies Management/Management/Accounting, or a business-related field with a minimum of 2 years of property management-related work experience.

Responsibilities: The Store Keeper maintains an inventory of all fixed assets of the bank, receives and stores materials and supplies, issues materials per requisition, and updates inventory records. They ensure proper management of bank assets and materials.

Place of Work: Debre Birhan District

Position 4: Junior Hardware Technician

Required Education and Experience: BSC Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience in hardware maintenance.

Responsibilities: The Junior Hardware Technician performs preventive maintenance on hardware and software, installs, updates, and troubleshoots applications to ensure smooth functioning.
