Tsehay Bank S.C would like to recruit qualified employees for the following positions.

Tsehay bank announces its joining the banking sector on July 23, 2022 making it the 21st financial entrant. The bank has amassed almost 780 million birr in paid-up capital from a total of 3 billion birr in subscribed shares through 373 shareholders, having the smallest number of shareholders from other banks in the industry.

Headquartered at Meaza Desalegn building around Lancha, the bank is said to start its operation with 30 branches with 20 of the total located in Addis Ababa whilst the rest will be located at the various regional cities.

Position 1: Customer Service Officer

Qualification: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Marketing Management or related field of discipline.

Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer.

Language Competency: Fluency in Amharic and English is a requirement, multi language capability in both local and international languages is an advantage.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer (IFB)

Educational Qualification:   A minimum of BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline

Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer preferably on IFB Window. Certification in IFB related trainings is an advantage.

Language Competency: Fluency in Amharic and English is a requirement, multi language capability in both local and international languages is an advantage.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Adama, Bati, Bishoftu, Dessie, Dukem, Gondar, Kombolcha, Tana (Bahir Dar) and Woldia Branches.

Position 3: Senior Core System Administration Officer

Educational Qualification: A Minimum of BSc. degree in from a recognized higher learning institution in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field of discipline

Experience: Must have a minimum of four years of banking experience with at least two years’ service as a Core Systems Support Officer

Language Competency: Fluency in Amharic and English is a requirement, multi language capability in both local and international languages is an advantage.
