Position 1: Customer Service Officer II

Educational Qualification Required: BA in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or in related fields.

Minimum Work Experience: 1-year relevant experience in Bank Operation.

  • Industry Specific skills (Product and Service)
  • Good emotional Intelligence.

Position 2: Senior Officer – Network Security

Minimum Educational Qualification: B.SC in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Computer/Software Engineering or in other related fields.

Minimum Work Experience: 4 years of relevant work experience of which 2 years as an Officer or in equivalent position.

Required Competencies:

  • Knowledge of network security assessment and analysis
  • Certifications on CCNA security, Network+, IT Risk Assessment
  • Ethical Hacking etc.

Position 3: Director – Interest Free Banking

Minimum Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Retail Banking Management, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related fields.

Minimum Work Experience: 8 years of relevant experience of which 4 years as Division Manager.
