Position 1: Customer Services Officer -I

Education: Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.

Experience Requirement : 1 (One) relevant experience in a Bank or 2 years at Micro Finance institutions 

Competencies Required:

  • Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
  • Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.
  • Ability to respond to basic client enquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system

Position 2: Customer Service Officer II

Qualification Requirement: Bachelor Degree in a business related field e.g. Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration

Experience Requirement: 2 (Two) years of relevant experience in a Bank

Competencies Required:

  • Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
  • Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.
  • Ability to respond to basic client enquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Finance Officer/ Accountant

Qualification Requirement:BA/B.SC in Accounting/Business Management or related field.

A minimum of 3 (Three ) years working experience of which 2 years as Junior Finance Officer/Junior Accountant preferably at Bank or Microfinance

Competency:

  • knowledge of basic accounting, IFRS standards and tax regulations.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Basic computer application skills

Position 3: Senior Customer Services Officer

Qualification Requirement: Bachelor Degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.

Experience Requirement: 4 (Four) years of relevant experience in a Bank or 5 years at Microfinance Institutions.

Competencies Required:

  • Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
  • Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.
  • Ability to respond to basic client enquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system

Position 4: Manager, Data Base Administration

Qualification Requirement: MSc/BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields of studies.

N.B. Oracle Database and related certifications are mandatory

Experience Requirement: 5 to 7 years of work experience as a Senior Database Administrator preferably in Banking or Financial institutions.
