Qualifications 

  • BA Commerce, Finance & Accounting and related.
  • Social Sciences: Social Works, Psychology, Sociology, Gender-related field.
  • Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Business Administration, Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics.
  • Communications, Project Management or other related fields.
  • Project Management or related field.
  • Journalism, Communication or related field.

Requirements:

A recent graduate with a relevant bachelors’ degree and eligible to work in Ethiopia. This opportunity is open to both MasterCard Foundation Alumni and other graduates.

Excellent problem-solver, observant, agile and able to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and basic appreciation of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate information to a variety of constituents across cultures.

Possess professional maturity, sensitivity with different cultures, and impeccable integrity that exemplify the Foundation’s values.

Demonstrate a commitment to MasterCard Foundation’s values and vision. 

You will get to work with teams from specific functions within the Foundation namely: Programs, People and Culture, Operations, Public Affairs and Communications.  Below are the teams per each function that will take on graduate interns.

  • Education and Skills.

  • Saving Lives and Livelihoods and Health Communications.
